Cotton hand towels: an effective solution that helps to protect the environment

After washing your hands, drying them might seem to be an additional, inconsequential step, but it is actually essential. It is an opportunity to remove any residual germs and moisture left on the skin. By choosing a hand towel dispenser with a cotton roll, you benefit from the highest standard of hygiene. And what's more, it is also gentler on hands when drying and has a lower environmental footprint than paper towels.

Guarantees cleanliness

Our cotton rolls are washed at a minimum temperature of 60°C as part of a bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal treatment. The cotton rolls are then dried and ironed at 180°C. Microbiological spot checks are also regularly carried out.

The cotton rolls are woven with the "barley grain" pattern, which allows hands to be thoroughly dried. Residual dirt and moisture is caught through the physical action of the fabric rubbing against the skin. The pliable nature of the fabric allows for precise drying, even between the fingers.

Our devices have two separate compartments – one for the used part of the cotton roll and the other for the clean part – and these two parts never come into contact with each other. Another advantage is that the device's winding mechanism ensures single use only.

Takes care of your hands

The soft cotton fibre helps to preserve the skin's epidermis and thus protect against irritation.

Our cotton rolls are Oeko-Tex® certified, meaning that no substances that are toxic to the skin are used in their manufacture.

At the end of the cotton roll's wash cycle, the rinse water used has a pH equal to that of our skin, in order to avoid any risk of irritation or allergy.

Preserves the planet

Compared to paper hand towels, using cotton hand towels reduces greenhouse gas emissions by nearly 29%*, generates 95%* less waste and reduces energy consumption by 48%*.

Our cotton rolls can be washed up to 80 times. For rolls that are identified as having too many imperfections, we extend their lifespan by dyeing them blue for use in settings that produce dirt quickly (heavy industry, garages, etc.). At the end of their lifecycle, the blue rolls are recycled into rags.

Our treatment process is designed to reduce water, laundry detergent and energy consumption. Our energy management system is ISO 50001 certified.
