Reusable autoclave bags – autoclave bags to sterilise your equipment on-side

Single-use packages used to autoclave operational equipment have the problem that each item is a different shape, many have sharp edges or it does not fit into a single-use package. The package can tear and the process must be repeated. We have developed the solution with our multi-size double layer reusable cleanroom autoclave bags and covers, made from cleanroom launderable material, so the durable material negates tearing and extra production time.

Smart Cabinets – Garment dispensing systems

Smart cabinets are a range of garment dispensing systems that link information to your Elis Connect dashboard. With Deister it is a card entry and the system automatically registers the garment issue. With the Polytex you use a card, tag or fingerprint for the scanner which automates and records the garment issue. The Q-Gate uses card entry to gain entry to the gateway to the garment dispensing area where system automatically registers the garment issue.

Goggles – Cleanroom goggles protecting product and people

The Annex 1 recommendation states in A/B grade cleanrooms “sterile eye coverings should be worn to cover all facial skin and prevent the shedding of droplets and particles”.
