This internal pathway, which lasts two to five weeks, offers you a chance to discover all Elis business lines, meaning that production sales and maintenance become second nature to you!     Enhancing Skills

    Our development programs give the opportunity to develop within the company.

    The Elis Management Trainee Program is a two year personalised course for graduates who wish to take on managerial responsibility. It includes four six month assignments including an international posting and immersion in a management role. A dedicated mentor supports employees throughout this program.
