Your responsibilities will include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, help retain and grow existing business

Location: Hybrid / Cork, Ireland
Core Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development: The BDE will identify new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, driving the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
Account Management & Relationship Building: Maintain and expand relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaboration: Regularly work with other departments like Sales and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and the long-term success of business relationships.
Sales Target Achievement: The BDE will be responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets set by the organization.
Record-Keeping: Ensure all sales activities, leads, and client interactions are tracked and maintained accurately.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Experience of B2B sales in a dynamic organization
• Background in the Hospitality sector is an advantage
• Displays a customer centric mind-set
• Strong collaboration & influencing skills
• Excellent communication skills (on the phone and on a One-to-One basis)
• Goal oriented with high drive and energy
• Analytical thinking and excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Highly commercial & result driven
• Full Clean B Class Driving License
