We are seeking a reliable and organized Logistics Administrator to support our logistics operations.
This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with drivers, acting as a key point of contact for the internal customer service team, and assisting the logistics manager to ensure smooth and efficient transportation processes.

Location: On-Site / Dublin (Cookstown), Ireland
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Input and maintain logistics data in relevant systems.
- Upload and update route information promptly.
- Liaise regularly with drivers to communicate schedules, updates, and requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for the internal customer service team regarding logistics-related queries.
- Provide administrative support to the Distribution Manager.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and assist with other duties as needed to support the logistics team.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Personable and effective communicator, able to liaise well with drivers, the customer service team, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Previous experience in a logistics or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
