We are seeking a reliable and organized Logistics Administrator to support our logistics operations.

This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with drivers, acting as a key point of contact for the internal customer service team, and assisting the logistics manager to ensure smooth and efficient transportation processes.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: On-Site / Dublin (Cookstown), Ireland

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Input and maintain logistics data in relevant systems.
  • Upload and update route information promptly.
  • Liaise regularly with drivers to communicate schedules, updates, and requirements.
  • Act as the point of contact for the internal customer service team regarding logistics-related queries.
  • Provide administrative support to the Distribution Manager.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and assist with other duties as needed to support the logistics team.

 

 

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Personable and effective communicator, able to liaise well with drivers, the customer service team, and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Previous experience in a logistics or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
