We are looking for a Managed Linen Service Manager to lead our team at St. Vincent’s University Hospital.

This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for service delivery, staff management, and maintaining strong relationships with hospital stakeholders.

 

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: On-Site / Dublin 4 (Elm Park), Ireland

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Service Representatives to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Act as main contact for hospital management, resolving service issues promptly.
  • Oversee rosters, payroll approvals, and training compliance.
  • Manage stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with the service office/distribution.
  • Prepare regular operational reports for Elis and the hospital.
  • Drive process improvements, efficiency, and best practices on site.
     

 

 

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in customer service or people management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Commercial awareness and team leadership experience.
