We are looking for a Managed Linen Service Manager to lead our team at St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for service delivery, staff management, and maintaining strong relationships with hospital stakeholders.

Location: On-Site / Dublin 4 (Elm Park), Ireland
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Service Representatives to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Act as main contact for hospital management, resolving service issues promptly.
- Oversee rosters, payroll approvals, and training compliance.
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with the service office/distribution.
- Prepare regular operational reports for Elis and the hospital.
- Drive process improvements, efficiency, and best practices on site.
Knowledge and Skills:
- 2–3 years’ experience in customer service or people management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Commercial awareness and team leadership experience.
