    The Elis Trainee Management Program is your gateway to a promising future in management and leadership

    The two year program has been designed to empower aspiring professionals with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to excel in the world of business. We offer a dynamic blend of learning, practical training, and international experience.

    Guided by your mentor you will develop the key skills while gaining real-world experience, working on challenging projects and collaborating with diverse teams. This program will equip you with the tools to excel in management, with confidence and leadership qualities that will set you apart.

      Join an international team with 12 plants across the island of Ireland

      Elis is an international organisation located in 29 countries across the world, as part of the Management Trainee Program you will have an opportunity to work with local management teams and collaborate with departments within Ireland and across the globe.

      International experience

      As part of the program you will have an opportunity to work and network with our European colleagues on a six month placement, on a specific project with one of our sister sites. Travel and accommodation will be funded by Elis Ireland.

    FAQ's

    • Where will I be based

      Elis has twelve plants across the island of Ireland – the program will provide you with an opportunity to experience multiple sites in Ireland including an option for one project based in a sister site in Europe.

    • How will my progress be assessed?

      Within the Program you will be assigned a dedicated mentor who will provide 1:1 training and work with you to develop the tools to excel in management with confidence. You will be assessed against agreed KPIs.

    • What skills will I acquire?

      The Management Trainee Program offers a dynamic blend of learning, practical training, and international experience, developing  people management; organisational, leadership and engineering skills.
