Elis Textile Services Ltd. acquire PestGuard Ltd.

Elis, international multi-service provider offering textile, hygiene, pest control and facility services solutions in 28 countries in Europe and Latin America, is delighted to announce the successful acquisition of Ireland's largest independent pest control company, PestGuard. This acquisition will be consolidated from 1 August 2021.

PestGuard was established in 1983 and has over 3,000 customers in Ireland. Headquartered in Dublin with 50 employees, PestGuard services both Ireland and Northern Ireland and is the third largest pest control provider in Ireland. 

The acquisition of PestGuard is a progressive step in the development of Elis’ pest control service offering which was added to the Elis Textile Services’ portfolio in 2020, accelerating growth opportunities. The strong brand awareness of PestGuard and the expertise of the PestGuard management team who will remain in place, will facilitate the development of this growing market sector.
