Internships at Elis
You can choose to undertake your internship either at a centre or with our support functions.
At every step of your training pathway, you will receive support, gain experience and discover our business lines along with our commitments.
Your internship can act as a direct line into the company.
Work-study at Elis
We give you the opportunity to undertake your work-study course within our various business lines. You are given genuine responsibilities for the length of your apprenticeship or professionalisation contract.

Management Trainee Program
Elis offers a two-year corporate immersion program on completion of your studies, which lets you explore different experiences.
The Management Trainee Program runs over two years and consists of:
- a one-month immersion period so you can understand our organisation and how we run our operations;
- management of three successive projects, each lasting around six months, in France and at least one of our subsidiaries in Europe;
- six months of managerial immersion.
